Batam 1-Day Tour Package Cancellation Policy:

If the Guest cancels the Tour Activities Agreement 6 Days Prior to the Tour Day, We Will Return Payment 50% (Fifty Percent) of the total paid.

If the Guest cancels the Tour Activity Agreement 3 Days Prior to the Day of the Tour, we declare the Payment forfeited.

If 6 Days Before the Tour is held there are participants who are unable to leave, then we will deduct 50% of the price per person.

If three days prior to the implementation of the Tour Package Lagoi there are participants who are unable to go, then we will be deducting 80% of the price per person.

If prior to the implementation of the vacation package to Lagoi Bintan there were participants who were unable to leave due to illness, then we will deduct 50% of the price per person.
