Batam 1-Day Tour Package Cancellation Policy:

If the Guest cancels the Tour Activities Agreement 6 Days Prior to the Tour Day, We Will Return Payment 50% (Fifty Percent) of the total paid.

If the Guest cancels the Tour Activity Agreement 3 Days Prior to the Day of the Tour, we declare the Payment forfeited.

If 6 Days Before the Tour is held there are participants who are unable to leave, then we will deduct 50% of the price per person.

If three days prior to the implementation of the Tour Package Lagoi there are participants who are unable to go, then we will be deducting 80% of the price per person.

If prior to the implementation of the vacation package to Lagoi Bintan there were participants who were unable to leave due to illness, then we will deduct 50% of the price per person.

Force Majeure is a condition where the implementation of activities cannot be carried out as a result of an event that is not able to be overcome by the Amanah Transporter Tour Planner 328 (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, sabotage, government regulations, etc.). Kebijakan Pembatalan Paket 1D Tour Singapore :

Jika Pihak Tamu melakukan pembatalan Perjanjian Kegiatan Tour 6 Hari Sebelum Hari Pelaksanaan Tour Maka Uang Deposit Akan Kami Kembalikan 50 % ( Lima Puluh Persen ) dari Total deposit yang telah dibayarkan .
Jika Pihak Tamu melakukan pembatalan Perjanjian Kegiatan Tour 3 Hari Sebelum Hari Pelaksanaan Tour Maka Uang Deposit kami nyatakan Hangus .
Jika 6 Hari Sebelum Pelaksanaan Tour ada peserta yang berhalangan pergi , maka kami akan mengenai pemotongan Sebesar 50 % dari harga per Orang nya .
Jika 3 Hari Sebelum Pelaksanaan Tour ada peserta yang berhalangan pergi , maka kami akan mengenai pemotongan Sebesar 80 % dari harga per Orang nya .
Jika Sebelum Pelaksanaan Tour ada peserta yang berhalangan pergi dikarenakan sakit , maka kami akan mengenai pemotongan Sebesar 50 % dari harga per Orang nya .
Force Majeure adalah kondisi dimana pelaksanaan kegiatan tidak dapat dilakukan akibat dari terjadinya suatu kejadian yang tidak mampu diatasi oleh pihak Amanah Transporter Tour Planner 328 (bencana alam, cuaca buruk, kerusuhan, sabotase, peraturan pemerintah, dll). Pada kondisi ini, maka perlu adanya pembicaraan kembali antara kedua belah pihak.
